  • Yes, what we offer is in-person, to encourage true connection and to ensure privacy.

  • We can meet wherever you are most comfortable, please get in touch to discuss what works for you. 

  • Think about what you would like to talk about, but there is no need to have the conversation pre-planned. Our sessions flow organically, and we will always help it along with open questions, should the need arise. 

  • lease arrange the photos into (approximate) chronological order, as this saves time and will allow us to create a life story. If you’d like us to do this step together, please make sure you book The Whole Box. 

  • Our sessions are designed to honour and cherish the memories of each person individually. However, if you would like someone by your side, there’s always space at the table. 

  • You will receive a lightly edited transcript of our conversation, tidied up, but retaining your unique voice. We can supply this transcript in hard copy, by email, on a USB stick – or all of the above. The voice recording of our conversation can be supplied as well. 

     

  • We record our conversation digitally and then convert it into text. This enables us to produce a true record of your memories, rather than a more edited ‘story’. 

  • Confidentiality is extremely important to us. The content of our conversations will be shared with you only, unless you ask us to share it with someone else. No content will be shared on social media without your express permission, and without removing all personal details. 

  • Yes, Share Your Memories is the perfect gift for those who live far from their loved ones. Maybe consider The Highlights package - easily adapted to certain milestones, be it Christmas, the first grandchild, or a wedding anniversary.  Our questions will gently lead the conversation, so no preparation is necessary. Get in touch, so we can create the perfect package!

  • Privacy is vital to us. All recordings will be deleted 30 days after we supply you a copy. We recommend saving it and always retaining a paper copy.
